1. Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or enroll in our SMS program. Services for children are booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, and children must be supervised by an adult during their visit.
2. SMS program description
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Laqué Nails Bar at the phone number you provide. Message types include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Occasional promotional offers and announcements
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and how often we run promotions. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-out instructions
Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. Text HELP for help. Text START to opt back in and resume receiving messages.
4. Carrier liability
Carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before we're able to book future appointments for you.
